US Mower prides in its customer service but sometimes we have difficulty determining parts needed for older machines because record keeping in the company’s early days was insufficient. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and will do anything we can to help track down what you need. We often need images sent to us to help determine parts. Furthermore, many parts have become obsolete and are not manufactured anymore or have been replaced with new iterations over the years. In other instances, some attachments and boom systems were what we call a ‘one-off’, meaning there are none other like it that have been manufactured. We are happy to source items for you, investigate having machined parts manufactured for you, or find another solution to keep you running.
